2025 Website User Experience Survey for Patients and Carers and Family members
The AAN website was launched on August 30, 2019, so it is almost 5 years old.
Dr Fiona Kwok and Pat Neely had worked with a website designer for almost 2 years before the launch putting the information together and many of you will remember working with Pat during that time reviewing the home page and the way information about the different types of amyloidosis would be presented on the site. The AAN was extremely grateful for the time you took to do this and for all your support, and the Media and Communications Committee Members are asking for your help once again.
Over the last 5 years, information on the website has been updated, and other topics have been added. Recently, the home page has been redesigned, and the doctor’s and health professional’s sections have been completely rewritten. It is now time for a complete review of the information for patients and families now on the site.
Before the actual information is reviewed, the AAN would like to find out if you use the website! And if you don’t why not? But if you do, how easy you find it is to move around the site and find information you are looking for or just find useful information.
So please, take a few minutes to complete this survey below.
After the AAN has collated the survey results, they will make a short report available to all of you before asking for your further help in reviewing the existing information, how it is written and presented and what further information might be useful.
This form is now closed for submissions.
