Congratulations  to Assoc/Prof., his research team and to those helped to make this research possible through their donations.

The AAN send congratulations  to Associate Professor Peter Mollee,  chairman of the AAN Board and a clinician, researcher and medical director of the Amyloidosis service in Queensland based work at  PAH and his research team who are improving outcomes for amyloidosis patients through their  work.

In Peter’s words:

“One of the most exciting recent developments has been the progress of our tandem mass spectrometry assay. This has now been moved in-house to Pathology Queensland and will soon be seeking NATA accreditation. It represents the transition of a research project from concept through to an accredited diagnostic test that will be available to all Australians, which is a major advance.”
