Amyloidosis Patient Experiences Survey (AMPES)
St Vincent’s Amyloid team invite all patients who have amyloidosis to take part in this research project. Amyloidosis is a significant health issue associated with a range of symptoms, which can impact quality of life. Additionally, amyloidosis remains underdiagnosed with limited access to testing and specialist services in some places. This is an anonymous survey designed to better understand the diagnostic experience, access to services and symptoms in patients with amyloidosis.
The online survey, which will likely take 15 minutes, is
- voluntary,
- anonymous
- all answers are confidential.
It can be completed by an amyloidosis patient or their representative. You will not be able to withdraw or change your answers once you submit.
Additional information can be found on the Participant Information Sheet linked below.
