The Australian Amyloidosis Network in partnership with The Centre for Community Driven Research
will host an on-line afternoon tea and chat for patients across Australia.
Times: 4-5pm AEST (Queensland, NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and ACT).
3.30 in South Australia. 2pm in Western Australia.
Registrations close Tuesday 14th at 10.00am.

You will receive acknowledgement of your registration.
A separate e-mail will then be sent giving you the code to enter the virtual afternoon tea Wednesday 15 at 4pm, AEST
